It’s with great pleasure that we welcome director Marie-Claude Fournier to our Ciné Institute family!

Marie-Claude Fournier has just arrived in Jacmel, Haiti, to join the division of continuing education and professional development at the first and only film school in the country, Ciné Institute. For the next three months, Marie-Claude will oversee the implementation of a series of corporate socially engaged documentaries for various companies and organizations involved in Haiti. The mission of Ciné Services is to choose according to each project qualified and experienced professionals in order to produce high quality content while ensuring the development of graduates and their entry into the workplace. The arrival of Marie-Claude in family Ciné Institute marks the beginning of cooperation between our school and one of the most famous movie theatres in Canada, the Institut national de l’image et du son (INIS), which ultimately will strengthen the links between Quebec and Haiti through the film and promoting cultural and professional exchanges.

Welcome to Haiti Marie-Claude!
